Returns

We are confident that you will be pleased with the quality of our products. However, if there is something that doesn't meet your expectations please contact us at returns@TheShaveShoppe.com. 

Returns must be within 30 days of purchase. The return item must be unused and in the new condition you received it in. It must be in the original packaging.

Refunds will be made by crediting your card or by PayPal, depending on the method used for payment. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return after all items have been checked.

The original shipping and return shipping cost will not be refunded if the wrong item was ordered or the item is no longer needed. We encourage you to know the details of the product before you place the order. If there are any unanswered questions about the product please send us an email. We would be happy to give further insight on the product details so you will feel confident you are ordering the right item. 

We have strong quality controls but if your item is defective upon delivery please let us know within 48 hours. Once the item is shipped back to us and we determine it is in fact defective we will gladly replace that item. In this case return shipping charges incurred will be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account used in the original transaction. Additional shipping costs for the replacement of the defective items will be covered by The Shave Shoppe.

For hygienic and sanitary reasons we cannot return used items.

Exchanges- If you would like to exchange your item(s) for different products, please contact us first, within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned goods must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Please detail which item(s) you would like to receive as replacement.

We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. 

Cancelling Orders- If you wish to cancel your order directly after purchasing and before we have shipped your item, then please email us with your order number and reason for your cancellation. We will process this for you as soon as possible. If we have by this time already shipped out your items for delivery, then we will treat your request as a refund and be subject to our above stated policy. We understand that sometimes we just change our minds and we will do our best to work with you. Be aware that we typically ship within 24 hours so the time frame for an order cancellation is very limited.
